Export Declarations

Compliant CDS export declarations for goods leaving the UK

Since November 2024 all UK exporters must use the Customs Declaration Service (CDS). We prepare export declarations for road, sea and air movements and where required, link them to an onward T1 or T2 transit movement so the consignment is covered from UK departure to EU destination.

Our scope includes pre-departure declarations, Exit Summary Declarations (EXS), safety and security filings, and GVMS movement references for outbound RoRo traffic.

How It Works

  1. 1Provide export invoice, packing list and onward route
  2. 2We assign commodity codes and prepare the export declaration
  3. 3Declaration lodged on CDS and linked to GMR / T1 where required
  4. 4MRN issued — your goods are cleared for export
